A home from home, convenient to Killimor, Loughrea, Ballinasloe, Kiltormer and Portumna. We are situated within walking distance of Killimor town where residents enjoy a tranquil setting with superb views and located across from the bustling Killimor GAA grounds. Visiting is flexible and always open to families and friends. We welcome involvement of family in the care of loved ones and we pride ourselves in a very friendly welcoming atmosphere.
Constant Monitoring
Our nurses are very experienced professionals. They will understand your unique care needs, get to know you as an individual and constantly monitor your all-round health and well-being. We believe physical and mental health are equally important.

Popular activities include arts and craft classes by an outside professional artist, weekly sessions and sing-a-longs by local professional musicians and bingo / fun games and craic led by Fiona, our amazing full-time social activities co-ordinator. Each week we host dog-therapy visits by a specially trained Labrador and handler, a very popular visitor stimulating the residents in a unique way and creating positive energy. We have endless other options such as frequent movie nights and visits from the local librarian.
We often have visitors from outside retirement groups from nearby towns which are always full of great chat and laughter. In Spring and summer we organise many social outings to the surrounding area such as Lough Derg, Terryglass, Pet Farms and other places the residents express a preference for.
