Killimor Retirement Home (aka Holy Family Nursing Home) has been caring for the elderly since it first opened 22 years ago in 2000. The Fahey Family have now invested many millions of euros to develop a brand new home on the site of the old building which has recently opened. All rooms are ensuite, extremely large and roomy and finished to 5 star standards. Many years of detailed planning and research have culminated in what can safely be described as the best Nursing Home facilities in the country, right here in east Galway. The nursing home is well known for personalised high levels of care and a very friendly culture.
